Avocado Diet

  • Breakfast: half an avocado, filled with low-fat cottage cheese.
  • Lunch: half avocado cut into chunks, add boiled egg, a small cucumber and green onions.
  • Dinner: 90 grams of lightly fried steak, half an avocado with cream cheese.
